Booking Policy – Sivaashramam Lodge

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sivaashramam Lodge. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our booking policy, which outlines the terms and conditions related to reservations, cancellations, and other important details.

2. Reservation Process

• Guests can book rooms through our official website, phone, or third-party booking platforms.
• A valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, voter ID, or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
• Advance payment may be required for confirming the booking, depending on the chosen payment method.

3. Check-in and Check-out Timings

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and online bank transfers.
• For advance bookings, full or partial payment may be required at the time of reservation.
• Taxes and service charges, as applicable, will be included in the final billing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
• No Show: If the guest does not check in on the booking date, the reservation will be considered a "No Show," and no refund will be provided.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

6. Modification of Booking

• Guests can request modifications (date changes, room type changes) based on availability.
• Price differences (if any) due to date changes or upgraded room categories must be paid by the guest.

7. Children and Extra Bed Policy

• Children below 5 years stay free when using existing bedding.
• Extra beds/mattresses can be provided on request at an additional charge.
• The maximum occupancy per room depends on the room category booked.

8. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful ambiance of the lodge.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and non-vegetarian food are not permitted inside the rooms.
• Any damage to the property caused by guests will be chargeable.

9. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed inside the lodge premises.

10. Force Majeure

• Sivaashramam Lodge is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
