Terms and Conditions – Sivaashramam Lodge

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sivaashramam Lodge. By booking a stay at our lodge, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our services and facilities.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized third-party platforms.
• A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking, and full payment must be settled at check-in.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount with no refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect the peaceful atmosphere of the lodge and fellow occupants.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Any damage to property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
• Illegal activities, loud music, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

6. Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children below 5 years stay free when using existing bedding.
• Extra beds/mattresses can be provided on request at an additional charge.

7. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed within the lodge premises.

8. Liability & Safety

• Sivaashramam Lodge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables.
• The lodge is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical issues that occur during the stay.
• Guests must follow safety guidelines provided by the lodge staff.

9. Force Majeure

• Sivaashramam Lodge is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or civil unrest.

10. Privacy Policy

• Guest information is handled with confidentiality and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law or for payment processing.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
